Are there any taxes?
All orders that are made from Canada are taxable. It will depend on where you order from and it will be adjusted on your order accordingly.
Why were some extra fees added to my order?
All orders shipped outside Canada are subject to custom fees and import duties. Those fees are assumed by the customer. For more information, we suggest you contact your national custom office.
Why is the selected item unavailable?
Even though we try our best to be rigorous, pricing or availability errors may occur sometimes (we are humans after all). In such case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about shipping?
Orders are processed on Monday and Thursday. During National Holidays, we take it easy with friends and family.
There are no shipping fees on orders within Canada. International shipping fees might vary depending on the destination.
We do everything we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to your door as quickly as possible. However, we can’t control the postal service and have no power over potential postal delays. Please make sure to write down your shipping information correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a protection against handling damage during shipping and waive our responsibility for any damage. This will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

If we made an error with your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem and we will arrange a solution. We encourage you to read carefully the product description in order to avoid disappointment.
