Are there any taxes?
All orders that are made from Canada are taxable. It will depend on where you order from and it will be adjusted on your order accordingly.
Why were some extra fees added to my order?
All orders shipped outside Canada are subject to custom fees and import duties. Those fees are assumed by the customer. For more information, we suggest you contact your national custom office.
Why is the selected item unavailable?
Even though we try our best to be rigorous, pricing or availability errors may occur sometimes (we are humans after all). In such case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about shipping?
Orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During National Holidays, we take it easy with friends and family and the shipping will be done on the next working day.
Delivery is free for shipments across Canada for purchases of $100 or more. Otherwise, national and international delivery fees vary and are determined by the distance. The option to pick up your purchase directly at the workshop is free. However, you must make an appointment before pickup.
We do everything we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to your door as quickly as possible. However, we can’t control the postal service and have no power over potential postal delays. Please make sure to write down your shipping information correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a protection against handling damage during shipping and waive our responsibility for any damage. This will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please note that the "small packet - international surface" option means by cargo, and delivery times are estimated between 4 and 12 weeks. This option DOES NOT provide a tracking number.
If you are in or around the Montreal area and you prefer to pick up your item at our workshop, please contact us by email to make an appointment.
If we made an error with your item, please contact us at email@example.com with a description of the problem and we will arrange a solution. We encourage you to read carefully the product description in order to avoid disappointment.
You've changed your mind? You want to return your curtain? No problem! If the curtain hasn't been used and is still in is original packaging, we will garanty full refund (except for shipping costs). If you've not kept the original packaging, still no problem! Contact us prior to sending it back and we will instruct you on the next steps and will offer a store credit.
IN FACT, We DO encourage returns! You moved somewhere else and don't need your curtain anymore? You've renovated your bathroom? You've changed curtains? PLEASE send it back to us! In order to be as sustainable as possible, we will take care of the end of life of our products by transforming and using the fabric to create other things.
