Marin Blanc is a Montreal visual artist.
Born in Hochelaga during the glory of Cash City, she traveled all over the city to pursue her studies.
She is passionate: she loves often, for a long time and very much. And she expresses it by spending nights playing with papers. Her playful collages, although confusing at times, stand out for the simplicity of their forms and their balance between sensitivity and discipline. Her favorite themes are her love disappointments and imperfection.
It is when she realized the extent of her disappointment that she begun her collage journal, a project that she presented in both solo and group exhibitions. She is now self-employed as a graphic designer in the cultural field, mainly in music.
